Educating Innovators will work with your school staff to assess the effectiveness of your current gifted and talented or advanced program initiatives. We use a unique yearlong self-study approach based on national program standards. Our school-based reflective process has proven to be more effective in fostering program improvement than the typical external evaluation study. Our staff will work with your team to structure and support the data collection and reflection process and to use the results to set program improvement goals.
You have made a difference for thousands of Maryland students and educators who work in Maryland and across the country. We would like to recognize your significant contribution to the field.
Four Learning Mindsets Workshop
We thank Dr. Jeanne Paynter for her outstanding workshop on how to nurture individual talents using her Four Learning Mindsets framework. Parents and educators found the presentation to be insightful and engaging. Dr. Paynter’s passion for advocating for the unique needs of the gifted population is infectious. We were thrilled to have her share her expertise with our group and highly recommend Dr. Paynter and Educating Innovators to schools, parents, and community groups.
